Users of social media platforms often do not click in to view online content, and as such commonly only see its’ headline, where effectively experience the headline of the article as the whole article. In cases where a screenshot of a headline is posted, users are unable to view the rest of the content for context. Because of this, issues with content’s headlines can easily mislead people online.
