With certain setting on the inner shape there are artifacts on the leading edge devices.
I suspect the boolean ops to be the sources. It looks like there is a surface with thickness 0 and therefore parts of it are cut away and other parts not. So this is most likely a tolerance issue. Change the value of the xsiTE (making the leading edge device bigger) solves the problem.
