Fund 2 to Fund 7 has funded hundreds of proposals, but - naturally - many good ideas were put on hold or were rejected along the way. The Catalyst Innovation Funnel is a gold-mine when searching for passionate people and domain experts. With this proposal we want to get funded for working through this history. As a result, we want to cluster our findings into specific collaboration segments. For the inter-disciplinary perspective of DLT360, this could lead to new content-contributors in many areas of our emerging 'think-tank'. In case of getting funded, we want to start this as a dedicated fund 8 effort and keep it as an ongoing routine for the future.
Cost Structure
Based on our listed key-activities and key-resources, we plan with the following costs (please note that we are in progress of setting up a formal company body and need to calculate with taxation according to applicable law):
Overall project management, updates on MIRO (3 hours for USD 50/h) = USD 150,00
Communication, social media and backoffice support (4 hours for USD 25/h) = USD 100,00
Participation in the meetings of DLT360 Segment Teams (10 hours for USD 50/h) = USD 500,00
Initial analysis of the Catalyst Innovation Funnel (100 hours for USD 25/h) = USD 2.500,00
Contacting and registration of new partners, experts and future contributors (25 hours for USD 50/h) = USD 1.250,00
Active role in sharing/discussing the content during the current quarter (5 hours for USD 50/h) = USD 250,00

This proposal is driven by the Economy/Business Team of DLT360. This project requires the following specific key-activities - all during Q3 / 2022:
Participation in the meetings of DLT360 Segment Teams
Initial analysis of the Catalyst Innovation Funnel
Communication and registration of partners, experts and future contributors
Supporting DLT360 WEBsite integration
Active role in sharing/discussing the content during the current quarter

KPI 1: Progress of activities as outlined above (0-100%)

Updated Definition of Done
After redesigning our entire DLT360 approach over summer and fall of 2022 (see DLT360 Whitepaper on our Website) and after getting the MVP-Version of our Website and our DLT360 NAVIGATOR completed, we are now ready for scaling up of our partnership with other projects and for starting with active community building. The mere quantity of people and the complexity of our future organization forced us (earlier than initially planned) to select and implement a suitable CRM Tool. This was important for making the scope of this project sustainable (not just doing a one-off effort). Therefore, this project was applied to finance the following activities.
Define requirements of suitable CRM tool
Selecting of our CRM tool (Active Campaign was selected)
Setting up and integrating Active Campaign into our tool-stack
Setting up a suitable data model
Researching past Catalyst Fund for potential partners and community members
Starting to capture preferred partners and people (preparing for active communication campaigns)
