Ideascale Project Scope

Fund 7 has funded our DLT360 Economy & Business team, allowing us to conduct basic assessment of DLT/Blockchain opportunities in various business-segments outside the financial industry. The results of these projects will be properly captured in the Business-Dimension of the DLT360 Risk & Opportunity Radar. Besides identifying and ranking the best opportunities, Fund 7 has also funded us to establish a modular, industry-focused onboarding presentation. This presentation kit can be seen as consulting and training artifact, explaining the background of DLT/Blockchain/WEB3.0 and Metaverse - and why this is important for most areas of economy and industry.
This proposal is complementing our Fund 7-funded presentation-kit with exciting, target-group-focused video clips. These short videos will be covering DLT/Blockchain, WEB 3.0 and Metaverse in general, showing the potential in economy and industry and highlighting specific examples in the relevant industry segments.

Cost Structure

Based on our listed key-activities and key-resources, we plan with the following costs (please note that we are in progress of setting up a formal company body and need to calculate with taxation according to applicable law):

• Overall project management, updates on MIRO (5 hours for USD 50/h) = USD 250,00
• Communication, social media and backoffice support (10 hours for USD 25/h) = USD 250,00
• Various meetings & discussions (20 hours for USD 50/h) = USD 1.000
• Active efforts to integrate other projects and cooperation-partners (10 hours for USD 50/h) = USD 500
• Analyzing Fund 7 presentation kit and writing the overall plot (40 hours for USD 50/h) = USD 2.000
• Video production until release (100 hours for USD 50/h) = USD 5.000
• Supporting DLT360 WEBsite integration (10 hours for USD 50/h) = USD 500,00
• Active role in sharing/discussing the content during the current quarter (10 hours for USD 50/h) = USD 500,00

Roadmap, Milestones and Deliverables

This project requires the following specific key-activities - all during Q3 / 2022:

• Participation in the 2-weekly meetings of DLT360 Economy/Business Team
• Setting up alignment with our brand-book
• Active efforts to integrate other projects and cooperation-partners
• Analyzing Fund 7 presentation kit and writing the overall plot
• Selection and coordination of contributors, material and sites
• Video production until release
• Supporting DLT360 WEBsite integration
• Active role in sharing/discussing the content during the current quarter
