I purchased this as I wanted to sync files from my mobile device, but it seems that this lets you manage transfers on a desktop/remote device. I don't have any need for this (although I can see it could be useful for people).
This fact isn't at all clear from the app description or screenshots - it would be good to explain this detail clearly.
