Currently, for integration tests, there are two version locks:

~~Ubuntu, to 20.04: it seems that VLC on 22.04 segfaults during tests~~ (fixed by ci: use ubuntu 24.04 image #127); and
~~mpv, to 0.36.0 on Windows: the version number of mpv 0.37.0 on Chocolatey is invalid.~~ (fixed by ci: remove lock on windows' mpv version #126)

These locks should be released as soon as possible.
