[Bug] When Creating Custom component, it does not regress properly

When creating custom components, when we enter temperature dependent properties, it previously used to regress automatically by selecting best possible equation and do the fit. right now it is not regressing properly and give some weird thing.

Specially it does not regress properly following three variables

1. ideal gas heat capacity
2. Vapor Pressure
3. liquid viscosity,

Please see attached file.

Also, i noticed the liquid viscosity of He-3 in the data base is wrong. I am attaching correct values so that it can be updated.

Pls I need help for my bsc design project.
DESIGN OF A 100,000 LITRES/DAY SOYA MILK PRODUCTION PLANT.
Basis: 1 batch = 1,000 kg dry soybeans
Batches per day: 30 batches (30,000 kg soybeans/day)
Operating time: 8 hours/day
Production rate: 100,000 L/day ÷ 8 h = 12,500 L/h
I need the dwsim simulation PFD.

I having problem of Adding Soya milk, Okara and protein as new compounds to start the PFD
