Move to BeerXML #11
Description
So, I had this conversation with a friend, where I ended up looking quite foolish. I was bragging about using XML for everything so a user could easily edit or move their data about. He mentioned that he loved BeerXML and was glad that I was supporting their effort. My response was less than brilliant, "BeerXML? What's that?"
Apparently I've completely missed a very nice open schema the defines the way recipes can be stored in XML and be cross application compatible. I need to look at this more closely, but it seems like this would be a better way to store our recipes to disk.
