This fix 7811b8f sounds promising, but i'm not sure if i got this in my kernel.
I'm using ubuntu focal, kernel 5.15.0-41-generic
I don't see any version info in the syslog when connecting the controller
Is it only in the current official stable kernel 6.5.3?
