Smart-UPS SRT does not show load or power

I have an Smart UPS SRT from APC and it loads everything, however, I cannot see the Load or Power, is there something that i am missing?

also, when i am on system performance the lines disappear.

I'm missing those values for a UPS connected to a Raspberry Pi running the latest arm64 image. I have an identical UPS connected to an Intel machine running the latest AMD64 image and those values appear as expected. Both the Raspberry Pi and Intel machine are running Ubuntu 24.04 server and fully updated.
