Simplified dash.js/player approach

1. Perform a UTC sync to align server and client clocks
2. Use the "now" time as an anchor and define the DVR window based on the @timeShiftBufferDepth attribute in the MPD. DVR window = now - timeShiftBufferDept up to now
3. Calculate the live delay. In your case: @suggestedPresentationDelay is defined so the the start time will be now - @suggestedPresentationDelay. This should be included in the DVR window.
4. Look for the corresponding segment in the MPD and download it
