Since at least 14:32 UTC, Bastion has sometimes been failing to respond to Slash Commands. This is due to an ongoing Discord outage: https://discordstatus.com/incidents/5k4xndv2kp6y
The requests are received by Bastion and Bastion sends its reply to Discord, but the Discord API is slow to respond. This is also affecting users trying to view the list of commands in order to send one.
