[Feat]: Option to toggle off new tab-bar #99

What is your suggestion?
There should be an option to toggle off the new tab-bar (Not speaking of the one that lets you switch between your files).
Why do you want this feature?
I don't need multiple windows of VScode most of the time. As of now this feature just wastes valuable space which could be used for a larger editor.
Are there any workarounds to get this functionality today?
You can go into fullscreen by pressing F11. But this also removes the status-bar of your device (clock, battery info etc.)
