Feature request: Allow Hashtags in Camel Case

For better readability with screen readers, a common advice is to use camel case in hashtags. E.g., #SelfHosting instead of #selfhosting. This is especially important for blind folks who are dependent on screen readers.

Ice Cubes behavior is, that even if hashtags are written in camel case when writing a post, the hashtags appear all lower case after sending.

The request is to keep camel casing for hashtags.
