That message is your ESP chip resetting due to the code loop not running.
(Watch dog timer is resetting the board)
All pinouts are set by you in the auth.h file. Check these.
I would disable all but one garage door first and try that and then
re-enable others as you go.
I have actually moved off this and onto ESPHome
If you are starting out then this may be more friendly.
