No idea how to install it

I'm a rookie, no nothing about coding. I have downloaded python3 and xcode on my mac as per instructions, from here on i dont know what to do. Can anyone help me... Please see screenshot for when i try to open the file ccdl.command.

you can do it through terminal with
sudo ./ccdl.command

Not the same reason but the same issue and also pretty newbie in this.
I followed the steps but my system OS Catalina 10.15.7 is unable to run the Adobe downloader "image not found". Seems that none of the releases are for OS older the 12+.

Is there something that I'm missing out from the process? Is there a way around it?

Did you try to open the Adobe Packager.command File?
