lib/xdsAdapter.getDocumentDossier should return error for deprecated document uuid #1
Description
getDocumentDossier should return error if UUID is for document in deprecated state (allowing request handler to return 410/Document Entry UUID deprecated). How do we identify documents in the deprecated state?
