Remote Service distribution provider based upon xmlrpc.
This provider includes the apache xmlrpc java implementation, version 3.1.3.
Both the server and client distribution providers are exposed via the bundle: bundles/org.eclipse.ecf.provider.xmlrpc.
The server config type is ecf.xmlrpc.server and the client config type is ecf.xmlrpc.client
