Periodically check the Android advertising ID (which is "leaked" to apps even if the user has requested not to be tracked: https://developer.android.com/reference/com/google/android/gms/ads/identifier/AdvertisingIdClient.Info.html ).

If the same advertising ID has been in place for more than (n) days, remind the user to visit Settings: Accounts/Google : Ads and reset it.
