Rayhunter companion: Android app to install and manage orbic/tplink devices

This app allows you to store a list of WiFi networks that run Rayhunter, and connect to any of them to open Rayhunter's admin UI in a WebView.

Once you are connected to a device, Rayhunter Companion will show a permanent notification reflecting the state of the green/red line on the device (THIS IS CURRENTLY UNRELIABLE)

The app also includes experimental functionality to run the installer directly from the phone against a given device. This only works for network-based installers (tplink, orbic), but not for example orbic-usb or uz801.

This is not an official app, and entirely experimental. It also will lag behind on the latest release of rayhunter, as the release process is manual.
