Add Support NETGEAR - MR1100

Could rayhunter be ported to the Netgear MR1100? I pulled some key specs. I show some discussion on the MR1100 that /dev/diag should be exposed.

i think it can be done, the main issue is the price. it's a bit expensive for devs to just buy for fun

I can see that as true, but I have one and it's just collecting dust. Best tech is what you have. :-) Is there anything you would need from me to get details to see if its possible?

I could expose a linux box for you and anyone else that would like to take a chance on it, no harm if you brick it, I'm not using it atm.

I mean to say that I'm almost certain it will work, but it's not obvious to me why rayhunter should support it:

• Adding such a device without a dedicated maintainer who owns the device is not sustainable.
• Since it's expensive, not many people will have it.

For many other devices either one of the two is true:

• There is a dedicated maintainer who shows up and fixes bugs
• The device is strategically important because it's widely available or cheap

There are exceptions but they didn't start out this way

fare enough, I get that coming from a devs prospective. And appreciate the honesty for likelihood for official support. BTW is there any guides to building community supported firmwares on devices that don't meet the threshold for official support? Forgive if this is already an option, I just found out about this project today.

@ne0phaze I think there is nothing wrong with you writing the support yourself and upstreaming it into rayhunter for as long as you're able to fix bugs yourself. All of our tier 2 devices are maintained this way.

Unfortunately there's no guide for this, there are a few forum posts about new devices that I would recommend to read for inspiration though.
