pycsw helm chart not updated

I am not sure if it is coming with the next release, but the current rc1 helm chart for resource-discovery (pyccsw) in the deployment guide is not in sync with the latest helm chart from https://github.com/geopython/pycsw/tree/master/docker/helm

In particular, in the values.yaml the default for db.volume_access_modes should be ReadWriteOnce , which in the helm chart in EOEPCA is readwritemany.

We rely upon Angelos to take the pycsw upstream into the resource-discovery BB helm.
