As a User, I want to submit a STAC Product to GitHub using a GUI in the Portal, so that it is available to Publish using the OSC Publishing Process

Is this what you were suggesting today? We can discuss further if needed.

Note that
i) We can use existing Product STAC definition to test this.
ii) We can use the same approach to for Experiments and Dashboards when we know what they look like.

Current status:

• testing on the https://github.com/ESA-EarthCODE/open-science-catalog-metadata-testing repository
• setting up a demonstrator workflow (in development environment) that allows editing existing STAC files on that repository using a GUI from within the user area of the Portal

Current blockers:

• demo workflow works for changing single files at once, but not for editing multiple files at once (within same branch). Investigating if this can be mitigated, otherwise alternative solution needs to be found.

The issue of multiple file editing has not been resolved yet; some more research effort needs to be done with the current library, or an alternative software needs to be found/created.
