Brief summary of bug

NEON v3 data goes through June 2024, but the prism data in /glade/campaign/cesm/cesmdata/inputdata/atm/cdeps/PRISM still only does through 2022.

It's unclear if NEON data will be updated further with new data releases, or if we should continue supporting PRISM capabilities?
