Consider linking our zenodo DOI to the NSF NCAR community

Emerging from the presentation at today's CGD town hall: There was encouragement to link zenodo DOIs to this community: https://zenodo.org/communities/nsfncar - though I wasn't clear on how to do that.

It looks like we submit our DOI's for them to have under their purview on that collection. The benefit that I gather is so that you can find them there, as well as having NSF-NCAR do some management of it to make sure the DOI continues to be valid. I just sent an email to ask about this.
