Add testing of the CMIP7 and CMOR workflow

As part of getting ready for CMIP7 experiments, we will need to start testing the workflow for it. This means testing running the cmip7 workflow with CMORization, time-series output, and CUPiD.

Note, that the ability run the CMOR output is something that's desired to be in place not only for CMIP7 but afterwards as a tool to use for ongoing model development. So there should be at least one separate test for running this on it's own.

There is now a spreadsheet that lists the CMIP7 variables needed for land. I don't see the list of variable names though...
