Implement prescribed aerosol deposition fluxes (aerodep_flx) for MAM #329
Description
Currently, prescribed aerosol deposition fluxes (aerodep_flx in CAM) are not implemented for modal aerosols because it depends on methods from the modal aerosol model in CAM, so they have been stubbed out in the converted prescribed_aerosol_deposition_flux scheme converted to CAM-SIMA.
When MAM is converted, we have to implement this functionality in the above CCPPized scheme.
The interface may look significantly different after MAM is converted and use of the abstract aerosol interface is implemented in CAM-SIMA.
