What is the problem this feature would solve?

D1 seems to only support a transaction around multiple statements with batch() (https://developers.cloudflare.com/d1/build-with-d1/d1-client-api/#batch-statements).

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Add batch() to D1Client in sql-d1.
