Add no entrypoint to Cargo.toml for phoenix-seat-manager

Need to add feature no entrypoint in the rust/Cargo.toml otherwise the examples wont compile

Hey flahpah, can you give me some information on your setup, what commands you ran to get the compilation error, and what was the error output?

When I am in the rust/examples directory, and I run an example, such as cargo run --bin place_order, the examples compile and run. Some of the examples, including place_order, uses the request airdrop instruction to request devnet SOL, which can sometimes fail at runtime. However, all of the examples compile.

I was working off a clean workspace and did cargo run --bin sample -- --rpc "..." from within examples.
It came up with entrypoint defined in two locations.
