Save stories somewhere

Store Stories.
Need all of the stories to go somewhere. As the stories are being generated, they need to be dumped somewhere so we get a sense of how students are using it. Can we say, for example, dump all of the student stories into a folder? Use block spring to dump them into a google sheets spreadsheet? Store them in firebase and run a query to download them all? We won’t be able to improve it until we first fix it.
