Can't see "Exchange" tab in "adding new calendar #622

Hi,

I just added Lighthing and TBsync addons, but can't add new Exchange calendar. I only see iCal, CalDav and Sun java..

I tried to reboot Thunderbird and also my MacBook.

Use the plugin from the fork in #610. Close your issue if it resolves your problems.
