access to repo 'vap_dataset'

Hi, I want to train VAP.
However, I cannot train because I cannot access vap_dataset
Can I access vap_dataset?
Even though there is a brief description about it, it is really tricky to understand & implement from it.
If I could get the code, it would be a big help.
