Github screening

Two quite separate things.

1. Make it possible to input results of github queries for screening in AISysRev

2. Implement @jnyyssol agent pipeline for tool running

3. should be semi straight forward. Jesse can provide a JSON file of the search results.

4. this may be better as separate module.
