Rules aren't loading after latest update

Hello, after updating to the latest version, Rules aren't loading

Even newly created ones are not loading, and no - clicking the refresh button does not help.

I have the same issue. Global rules and rules in .windsurfrules are working. Rules in the .windsurf/rules directory are not working.

With me even Global Rules aren't working. Tried re-installing, removing all traces of Windsurf from my PC, then re-installing - same issues persist.

OS: Windows 11 if that matters.

This continues to be an issue.Anybody found a workaround yet? Doesnt feel like codeium will have a real fix for this anytime soon.

@nfurnadzhiev not sure if it's the same issue, but for me, the workaround was removing .windsurf from my .gitignore
