Action Performed:

Precondition: Log in with expensifail account and create a room chat with many members

1. Open app
2. Tap on room chat
3. Input "@" and leave it as draft text in the composer
4. Go back to LHN
5. Open room chat again
6. Tap on composer

Expected Result:

Open keyboard and the composer is displayed above the keyboard

Actual Result:

Only keyboard appear, the composer is not displayed
