Action Performed:

1. Launch app
2. Login with expensifail account
3. Tap settings > wallet
4. Add bank account > india
5. Note default currency INR shown & IFSC code option displayed
6. Change that to ALL currency
7. Note now routing code is shown
8. Fill all the columns and enter routing code with any text
9. Note error IFSC is invalid and requested to enter 11 digit number
10. Enter 11 digit number and complete the flow

Expected Result:

For Routing code field , IFSC code error must not be shown

Actual Result:

For Routing code field , IFSC code error is shown
