Action Performed:

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
2. Open any chat.
3. Tap on the "+" button and select "Add Attachment"
4. Choose any video to upload.
5. Tap on "Send"
6. When redirected to chat, check how is the preview of the video, displayed.

Expected Result:

Video attachment on chat, should display a preview image before being reproduced.

Actual Result:

Video attachment on chat, doesn´t display any preview image. The user can only see the "Play" button and an empty background.
