Attachment - when sending the same image inline, only one is shown in preview

Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
2. Open a chat
3. Paste in compose a text & a online image :
   Radhe
   An inline image and some text
4. Send the message
5. Paste in compose a different text & same inline image above used :
   Krishna
   An inline image and some text
   6.Send the message
6. Open the second attachment
7. Note no side arrows, only one image is shown
8. Now enter in compose - hari & tap plus icon and add a image via attachment option
9. Send the image
10. Now enter in compose -narayana & tap plus icon and add the same image via attachment option
11. Tap the second image
12. Note side arrows and tap them

Expected Result:

When the same image is sent multiple times as an inline image, each instance should be displayed separately in the preview, just like images sent via the attachment option

Actual Result:

When same image is sent as inline image, one image only shown in preview but if we send same image via attachment option, both images are shown in preview
