How can I run this bot forever, even if I stop the terminal/program? It only works when I open the program.

You need to find a server and let it run over there. As document stated, it is self-hosted.

I think the question was actually How to restart the app automatically.

On my end, sometimes it crashes out of nowhere, I ended up using a service that provides an Auto Restart feature that works quite well, but, when self hosting it I did had to restart it manually after every crash, once or twice a day.

Other issue I've noticed, it does not inform you when it's about to crash, you have to manually confirm using 'ping' every time, otherwise you would never know.
