Would it be possible to update this template to support neoforge and fabric, with fabric being disabled for now since create has not been ported yet?

This template wouldn't work in 1.21.1 yet since it relies on Create Fabric for common.

Since the core of create is developed on neoforge, would it be possible to move the common to neoforge?
