Details

The following bug report is a culmination of over 20 hours of independent research, including but not limited to:

  • thoroughly studying the gmod wiki;
  • digging through the valve sdk 2013 repo;
  • performing exorcism live on national television;
    and many other scandalous acts of mental vandalism!

It's going to be a mouthful, so a visual experience is, sadly, required to be shipped alongside the bug report, and as such you can find it (the visual experience) by clicking the following hopefully blue hyperlink:

The video is thirty minutes long and dives deep into the issue, so feel free to skip the parts you find boring or obvious, I did my best to break the issue down as much as I could.

Sorry for awful sound leveling in advance, I didn't think gmod would be so loud. Mild volume warning.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Use util.Effect("MuzzleFlash")
  2. Profit!
