is_boing jigglebones do not properly scale with model scale #6673

Details

the is_boing jigglebone is a type of jigglebone that scales bones for a bouncy effect rather than rotating them. However, scaling a model does not also change the scale values of the jigglebone, resulting in this:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Spawn a model that uses is_boing jigglebones, in this example, models/player/items/all_class/oh_xmas_tree_sniper.mdl with TF2 mounted.
  2. Scale the model
  3. Move the model and watch the geometry that is assigned to the jigglebone revert to the original scale while jiggling
