error after installing like in the documentation

I have Isort install, python3.6 project and pre-commit installed too.
Other hooks are working fine. I add the yaml code to my .pre-commit-config.yaml, run pre-commit install and I m getting this error

An error has occurred: InvalidManifestError: 
=====> /home/tfischer/.cache/pre-commit/repoenj9lfbo/.pre-commit-hooks.yaml does not exist

What am I doing wrong?

That's caused by the issue already discussed in #18.
