How to generate legal pokemon that need trade to evolve

So, to be more specific, I need to evolve a Kadabra into Alakazam in Pokemon Omega Ruby after online services close. When I try to do this through PKSM, the following message appears: "invalid: Unable to match an encounter from origin game". I am sure that the place were I found this pokemon (Granite Cave) is right in the program. I wanna know if there´s any way to solve this problem, turning it into a legal pokemon. If there´s not, will the developers add, someday, a feature that can generate that kind of pokemon?

there's a button on the "Unable to match an encounter" screen to (attempt to) force PKSM to legalize your pokemon for you, it's on the bottom left of the touch screen.
