Wrong size for this game!

PSKM not detecting my copy of Pokemon Platinum
Says the ID is all 0's
When I try to enter the game save, it says Wrong size for the game! MISSING: Please report

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open PSKM with Platinum inserted
2. Try to open Platinum save
3. See error

Expected my Platinum save to open like the rest of my Pokemon games, works like normal for the rest including other DS titles

Not sure if its a cartridge problem or not
