Port Nuit mod to Fabric 1.21.8 for custom skybox support

A clear and concise description of the problem. For example: I'm frustrated that Nuit currently only supports older Fabric versions and cannot be used with Minecraft 1.21.8. This prevents me from using custom skyboxes in resource packs on the latest version.

Describe the solution you'd like
Port the Nuit mod to Fabric 1.21.8, so that it fully supports custom skyboxes and works with the latest Minecraft version.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are currently no other mods that fully replicate Nuit's functionality for Fabric 1.21.8. Waiting for an official update or trying to manually modify the mod are the only alternatives, but they are not ideal.

Additional context
Please consider updating Nuit for Fabric 1.21.8 so that users can continue to use custom skyboxes with new Minecraft versions.
