You encountered an error because the GitHub token is not set yet.

QUICK FIX (2 minutes):

1. GET GITHUB TOKEN:
   Go to: https://github.com/settings/tokens
   Click: "Generate new token (classic)"
   Select: "public_repo" scope
   Copy the token (starts with ghp_)

2. SET TOKEN IN TERMINAL:

   export GITHUB_TOKEN='ghp_your_token_here'

   (Replace ghp_your_token_here with your actual token!)

3. VERIFY IT WORKS:

   cd /Users/muratcankoylan/ActualCode/hackathon_code
   source venv/bin/activate
   python test_github_connection.py

4. RUN THE CLI:

   python cli_runner.py

EXAMPLE:

$ export GITHUB_TOKEN='ghp_1234567890abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz'
$ cd /Users/muratcankoylan/ActualCode/hackathon_code
$ source venv/bin/activate
$ python test_github_connection.py

Expected:
✅ GitHub connection test PASSED!

Then run:
$ python cli_runner.py
