[FEATURE] Ability to Rename Document Loaders

Describe the feature you'd like

It would be helpful to have the ability to rename Document Loaders in Flowise. Currently, when using multiple Document Loaders in a RAG project, all loaders appear with the same name (ex. “Custom Document Loader”), which makes it difficult to distinguish between them. Being able to rename them (e.g., “PDF documents about X”, “HTML webpages about Y”, “DOCX files about Z”) would improve usability and organization, especially when maintaining and modifying the database.

This feature would allow users to quickly find and modify specific loaders. It seems this isn’t currently possible, but adding it as an option would be a simple yet impactful improvement. Thank you!
