BestTile is creating invalid tasks

I belive the 'createTask.py' script is creating tasks outside the original area of the image. Take a look at task 12359 (http://forestwatchers.net/pybossa/app/besttile/task/12359). The 'restrictedExtents' is outside the boundaries of the original image.
