How to use touch gesture events with Victorychart?

Hello :),

I have a chart that looks like the below and I want to figure out how to add logic when a client puts their finger down and moves around I will show the current data values they are looking at (see the second image). I don't see such event support or containers in the docs or maybe I'm wrong? I also tried with PanResponder but not sure how to use that inside Victory Chart. Any ideas are appreciated!
